Tableau audit referral partners

We work with a small number of named partners — not an open affiliate scheme, not a broad Tableau partner program. Every introduction is warm.

The terms, for everyone: a warm introduction, we run the audit, you take 15% of the first engagement — paid when we are paid. No exclusivity, no tiers, a one-page agreement.

For practices

Tableau implementation partners, dashboard consultancies and analytics firms whose clients ask about platform performance but don't do platform operations. A Tableau consultancy partner's first concern is the client relationship, so, plainly:

The client relationship stays yours.

We never approach your client for anything beyond the engagement you introduced — no follow-on selling, no outreach. When it ends, they are your client, as before.

For individuals

Former Technical Account Managers, Customer Success Managers and Success Architects who left the vendor side and still know which environments have these problems.

Your concern is that the introduction reflects well on you. Judge the work before lending your name: the method is published in full in How to Audit a Tableau Environment. The engagement is read-only, the client previews every number before sending — and we tell you how it went, either way.

If you have recently left a vendor, check your own post-employment obligations before introducing former accounts.

Referral fees are for independent parties only. If you currently work for a software vendor and think a customer of yours would benefit, we are glad of the introduction and will not offer you a fee for it — that keeps your recommendation clean and your employer comfortable.

Questions partners ask

How does the referral program work?

A warm introduction, an engagement we run end to end, 15% of the first engagement paid when the client pays us. One-page agreement, no tiers, no exclusivity.

What do partners earn?

15% of the first engagement, paid on collection. Later work carries no ongoing commission.

Will VizBolt approach my client directly?

No. Nothing beyond the engagement you introduced — no follow-on selling, no outreach. The relationship stays yours.

Who makes a good referral partner?

A good Tableau referral partner is a practice whose clients ask about platform performance but don't run platforms, or a vendor-side alum — TAM, CSM, Success Architect — who knows which environments need this.
