Karan spent nearly two decades in enterprise data and analytics — at Capgemini, Orange, Dell and NTT DATA — before joining Tableau, where he worked in customer success with enterprise customers: platform strategy, deployment health, adoption, and value realization at scale. He founded VizBolt to bring that experience to Tableau customers independently — measurements you can verify, prices you can see, and findings that never have to justify a bigger engagement.

Aman is an engineer at heart, with 15+ years building and leading in data and analytics — across platform architecture, data governance, security, and reliability engineering. She has spent her career close to the systems themselves: designing them to scale, governing how data moves through them, and holding them to enterprise standards for access, privacy, and auditability. At VizBolt she leads engineering with a simple bar: if it can't be measured, tested, and explained, it doesn't ship.
